So, you wanna submit?  Just a few things to go over first, I really really do want to see what you've got, this is just to make things easier for myself, and everyone who downloads your submission.
 

1)	You must include a MAP file, no if's and's or but's.
2)	A BSP is optional, but not required, it is suggested though, since it would allow people to see exactly how your inovention works without having to compile it themselfs.
3)	A TXT file is absolutly needed, if you do not include one, I will write one up myself based on the information I gather from your email.  If you upload it ftp style, well, I'll probably either leave it there or delete it depending on how rare of an artifact it is.
4)	You MUST zip it, and please use good compression, I know the extra .5 seconds of waiting is agrivating, but do it for me, ok? :)

If you have read the above and followed it, then I see no reason to hold you off anymore.
