I was really skeptical when a friend got me to try this program.  It was small, there were no buttons, it just loaded up into a small little window and had a grey screen.  I associated it with everything it would support (about 12 Image formats when I first got my hands on it a year ago, it's way up there now).  Let me just say this thing is FAST, lightweight, won't suck up system resources, and PERFECT for viewing large numbers of images in the same directory (say.. screenshots.. or any other kinds of images you have all stuck in one convientnet directory).  You can set up slideshows and it has a fullscreen mode.  Read the readme, this is a wonderful program even if it doesn't have a big fancy startup splash screen (sarcasm) Speed
